Finally, my first 'fully' photoshop attempt. I was on craze over the anime/manga Elfen Lied where there are tons of female mutants called "Diclonius' and 'Silpelits". So I was thinking of making a fanmade character, a male Diclonius, to counter the sadistic main character of Elfen Lied, Lucy
