Last time I surprised myself when I did a fuzzy hair character, I decided to give a second round of try. This time I also challenge myself to do the art less than 30 mins. Challenge accepted :P
Like the previous art, I was having difficulty to position both eyes nicely. Again I cheated by covering the other side of the eye with hair.
Done in 20 mins
I used to play the brush on the hair too, it was pretty fun. But that was when I still have Photoshop XD
