Snow Prince Kaguya

Highly inspired from several sources of the Japanese legendary snow woman/lady, Yuki Onna, I came out a supernatural story of a family where all the female members are the "Snow Princess", where they have white hair and the power of winter, where they 'control' every winter's condition. However, a boy was born in the family with white hair.
Though later his hair will change into black, his hair will turn into white whenever he activate his winter powers. Same goes to his eyes where they turned into icy blue from black. Not to mention his skin become paler.
His full name is Tatsuki Hideyoshi Kaguya by the way.
